Hi, my name is Matt and I’m an Englishman living in New York City. I grew up in the North West of England and moved to the USA over 10 years ago. I am happily married with two energetic kittens, Ty and Nick who you will being seeing a lot of on this website and my socials.
I have been a musician for over 20 years. I began as a metal/hardcore vocalist, and then picked up guitar about 10 years ago and set up a home studio for my own enjoyment. I currently enjoy playing piano and synths as well as programming strings and brass. This website will eventually contain music and lyrics from all of my past projects, the occasional blog about gear and all the new music I am working on which I am incredibly excited about.
My latest passion/obsession has been photography and this is the main focus of this website. I am still learning the craft and discovering what I like to photograph and how I like to edit but, I am very excited to share that journey here. I hope to share plenty of photos and the occasional blog about a trip or some gear. Current cameras are a Sony A7III and a Google Pixel 6A.
